Heat Pump (performed in the spring and fall)

• Check unit in cooling in the spring and heating in the fall.
• Check pressures and temperature.
• Check condenser coil and clean, if needed.
• Check air filter and change, if needed. (Materials supplied by owner.)
• Check blower and condenser fan motor and bearings. Lubricate as required.
• Check fan blade for cracks and balance.
• Check amperage and voltage.
• Check electrical contacts for loose wiring, connections and burnt contacts.
• Check heat pump thermostat.
• Check electric heat for proper operation. (Fall only.)
• Check discharge air temperature.
• Check condensation pan and line for proper drainage.
• Check evaporation coil and clean, if needed.
