Heat Pump (performed in the spring and fall)
- Check unit in cooling in the spring and heating in the fall.
- Check pressures and temperature.
- Check condenser coil and clean, if needed.
- Check air filter and change, if needed. (Materials supplied by owner.)
- Check blower and condenser fan motor and bearings. Lubricate as required.
- Check fan blade for cracks and balance.
